In other words, the comprehensive meaning of the Sabbath is Jesus Christ. He is our rest, justification, sanctification, redemption, seal, etc. Therefore, Sabbath-keeping at a deeper level surpasses a 24-hour period and should be seen as a 24-7 experience in the person of Jesus Christ.
